We take extra care by wrapping items in multiple layers of bubble wrap to safeguard against transportation mishaps. While we strive to minimize breakage, we create an invoice inclusive of shipping costs and promptly contact you with the total once your order is wrapped and boxed.

Should the fault lie elsewhere, we'll happily resend items, also covering expenses. In some cases, broken or damaged items may need to be returned. If so, we'll provide a UPS return shipping label via email, provided the matter is reported within 48 hours of receiving your products.
